General Question

• The SimplePractice Client Portal will be used to communicate with you, electronically sign Intake documents and conduct our Teletherapy sessions.

• After our consultation session, you’ll receive a welcome email from me with a link to sign into the client portal.

• In the client portal, click Get Started, go to Documents, then review and electronically sign all Intake Documents.

• The Secure Platform's "Grow Therapy" or "Headway" will be used to collect all information regarding payment options. They will both process, Cancelations Fees, and Bill Insurances. The planform used will be dependent on the Insurance. All Self-Pay clients will be processed through SimplePractice.

• As part of the Intake process, you’ll be emailed a link to create a client profile by collecting your payment information and Scheduling the Initial Teletherapy Session on one of the billing platforms. 

      • Please be aware that Grow Therapy may send you an email regarding your scheduled appointment with directions to use their Doxy.me platform for our initial session. Please disregard this email. The Doxy.me link is only to be used as a back-up option in the event that we experience technical issues with SimplePractice.

• An email from your SimplePractice Client Portal will be sent to you with a link to our Initial Teletherapy Session.

• All appointments following the Initial Session can be scheduled solely on the SimplePractice Client Portal by either the Client or the Therapist

(Please Note: All perspective clients must contact their insurance companies to find out about deductibles, co-pay’s and to confirm with their insurance provider that their plan will cover Teletherapy services.)

All Registered Intern for Mental Health Counseling (RMHIC) will be billed through the SimplePractice Client Portal. All major credit cards accepted.
